Allyson Henes

My name is Allyson Henes. I created this portfolio for my Capstone course through Michigan State University. My hopes is that this portfolio provides information about my personal background as well as professional development. 

 

I am currently finishing my third year of teaching in Birmingham, Michigan. I teach first grade at Holy Name Catholic School. I attended this grade school as a child so it is great to be back in my old stomping grounds. 

 

I purchased a home in Royal Oak last year so when I am not teaching I enjoy spending time at home with my friends and family.
